Questions

Is my data published with my company name?
No. Submissions are aggregated into ranges by trade and market size. Your company name is never published unless you explicitly opt in to be named as a contributor.
What do I get for contributing?
Contributors receive the full benchmark report by email before it is published publicly, including the tables for their trade and market size.
How is the report compiled?
Owner-reported figures are combined with anonymized campaign data from the Digital Marketing Coach practice, then reported as ranges with the sample size disclosed for each trade. Trades without enough responses are held back rather than estimated.
