Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Client Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access to our website for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
